About me

Martial artist, Dojo Founder, independance enthusiast, father, business owner

In the Kamae training program, I work with principles that come largely — though not exclusively — from Ninjutsu. Not as a “style”, but as a way of thinking: tactics, observation, positioning, timing, distance, and decision-making under pressure.

My focus is simple: helping you build practical safety skills for real urban life — on the street, in transit, in buildings, and in everyday situations where things can change quickly.

Training is individual, not generic. We don’t follow rigid levels or fixed routines. Instead, we work on what matters in your specific context: your habits, your routes, your environment — and how to move through it with more clarity and control.

Threat assessment is the starting point: understanding your situation, your needs, and your current capabilities.

You don’t need prior experience or athletic performance. What matters is your willingness to learn. Over time, you will not only build physical capability, but also develop what often matters more: calm, awareness, and the ability to act early — before a situation escalates.

The best way to see whether this approach fits you is a short conversation. You are welcome to get in touch directly, or request a personal login to the member area for further information.
